Exchange / Return Cost


-Product exchange / refund due to customer change must be applied within 7 days of receipt of the product and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

-Spring Music will pay for exchange / return for reasons such as product defects and incorrect delivery.


Exchange / Return Method

-For delivery of exchange / return, simply repack the delivered item and enclose it for $8, then deliver it to Bomb Music (24-8, Sillim-ro 46-gil, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, 3rd floor).

 Exchange / Return

-If you did not request an exchange / return within 7 days of receipt of the product or within 15 days of delivery

-If the resale value is lost due to the damage by opening the packaging.

-When more than one week has elapsed without any contact after receiving the product.


Refund Information

-In the case of card / cell phone payment, it may take 2 to 7 days from the canceled day depending on the agency's computer processing.

- For digital album products, refund is not possible after payment due to the nature of the product. Please pay attention to this information.
